The Year 2020

I am going to make a few predictions about how this society will look by the year 2020. This is easy for me to do because it is far enough away and I probably will not be around to face you if I am wrong. You may see my predictions becoming clear over the next few years if I am right and you dare to pay attention. The population of dark people will be reduced from 40 million to 20 million. When young dark men gun down other young dark men they kill the children that those men would have had. The federal government will be reduced so that almost all decisions will be made at the local level by communities. I mean community organizations outside of the political system. If you cannot join or form a community, you will not survive. If your neighbors decide not to unify, you will not survive.
